I would like my order shipped overnight or 2nd Day Air, how can I be sure of availability?
We suggest that you first call our toll free number at 1-877-NBTampa (1-877-628-2672) to verify that the model and size that you would like to order is available for shipping. If it is not in stock, we cannot ship Overnight or 2nd Day Air.
I cannot seem to locate my size, what should I do?
Sometimes there is little we can do. However, we do work with a large network of distributors and, at times, can track down the shoe you need. Call us TOLL FREE: 877-628-2672 and we will try to assist you.
What can I do if the shoe I order does not fit?
This can happen, but do not worry. First, contact us TOLL FREE: 877-628-2672 to determine if the correct size is available. If the shoe is in stock, we can put it aside for you. We will then give you an authorization code to simply ship the shoes back to us (usually costs less than $5) with a copy of your receipt and we will ship you the new size. If we're unable to locate the size you need and another suitable shoe will not do, then simply return the shoes for a full refund (less the shipping charges incurred.) If the shoes do not fit, please do not wear them. Any shoe that is returned must be in new condition and returned within our 30 day return policy timeframe.
The shoe I received has a defect?

How long should I expect to wait to receive my order?
If the shoe is in stock we ship it right away. If an out of Stock situation occurs ordering the shoe in may take up to 5 days. Once received, Ground Freight can take 3-5 days depending on how far you are from Tampa. If you need quicker delivery, we offer 2-Day Air for $19.95 per pair of shoes or 1-Day Air for $32.95 or S36.00 depending on the delivery time (each additional pair of shoes for 1 or 2 day air orders will be $9.95 per shoe).
