New Balance Tampa Shipping Policy

Free UPS Ground

New Balance Tampa will provide Free UPS Ground Shipping for all orders shipping in the Contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for Free UPS Ground Shipping. At New Balance Tampa's discretion orders that do not include a pair of shoes may be shipped via the US Post Office.

Shipping Department Hours of Operation

Orders will ship same day on all in-stock items. Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time Zone on a business day (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Time Zone will be shipped the next day. Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will be shipped on Monday. On back ordered items you will be advised of express shipment date from the warehouse.

2nd Day Air $19.95 for 1st item & $9.95 for each additional item
Overnight Afternoon $32.95 for 1st item & $9.95 for each additional item
US Priority Mail To Puerto Rico Per Pair(3-5 Days) $5.00 for each pair. Requires signature, someone must be present to sign for the Shipment when it arrives.
USPS To APO/FPO $7.50 for each pair.
3 Day Priority Air - Hawaii & Alaska Only $5.95

UPS Second Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. See Overnight Shipping Note above regarding availability.

UPS Overnight Afternoon Delivery

UPS Next Day Air Saver offers an affordable delivery option for those important shipments that require next-business-day delivery, but don't have to be there in the morning. We guarantee delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or noon, respectively. Residential deliveries to UPS Next Day Air Saver destinations receive delivery by end of day. This service is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day. UPS Overnight Morning Delivery

UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We guarantee delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays). See Overnight Shipping Note above regarding availability.

Important Shipping Information Accuracy Note

We depend entirely on the name and address that you the customer supply to us when you place your order. If UPS finds the slightest error in this information they execute an "address correction" which if successful results in a $5.00 charge from UPS to New Balance Tampa. If we find the fault to be ours we will waive the charge. However, if the customer supplied us with information that was incorrect when placing the order, we will pass on this fee to the customer. This charge, because it takes UPS to advise us, sometimes takes up to three weeks to charge out.

Whenever possible we urge you to avoid second or third delivery attempts by UPS. You can do this by having your order delivered, when permissible to your work. This will further guarantee the fastest possible service to you.

New Balance Tampa requires merchandise to be shipped to the same address as your billing address when using expedited shipping when paying with Visa, Mastercard or Discover. In the event that New Balance Tampa receives an order matching this criteria we will contact the Customer to offer an alternative payment method.

New Balance Tampa may require its online support staff to contact customers to obtain further identification verification. This may include additional identification information on the delivery address i.e.: listed phone number and type of address or other relevant information as deemed necessary.
