New Balance Tampa Return Policy

Holiday Return Policy Amendment - Shoes purchased between December 1, 2009 and December 25, 2009 are eligible to be returned up until January 25, 2010. All other New Balance Tampa Return Policy criteria outlined on this page applies.

To Return Products you MUST first call our store to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The Toll Free Number is 877-628-2672. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outside of the Return Package. Questions? Email us: Support.

Merchandise must be returned within thirty days of purchase, unworn and in the original packaging.

New Balance Tampa will happily refund cost of merchandise if returned within thirty days of sale. Merchandise and box must be in new condition. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt and note of explanation. Please call for RA Number before returning any merchandise.

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your new shoes or apparel, New Balance Tampa will exchange them for a different size. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your receipt and identify the replacement size. Please include a note explaining why the product is being returned.
