New Balance Tampa Exchange Policy

In order to make an exchange you must call our toll free number to receive a return authorization number which is to be written on the outside of the return package.

Place a copy of your original invoice in the box with your exchange. We suggest you keep a copy for your records. Include a note indicating the product number, style and size you wish sent in place of the returned merchandise.

Exchanges can be made within thirty days of receiving your order, unworn, and in the same condition. The customer will be responsible for Freight charges when returning an item for exchange and New Balance Tampa will pay for Freight Charges when shipping any items to you via UPS Ground.
