I mentioned the Finally Wide Cleats by New Balance back in October. I wanted to give you an update on the wide width cleats. They will be available at New Balance stores in May.
New Balance will be the first company to offer cleats in a wide width. There will be three widths and two larger
width outsoles: D width on the regular-width and 2E and 4E widths on the wider bottom. There will be a strength collection, speed collection and a coach’s collection. They will be made in black and white. For a preview you can check them out at the
Finally Wide Cleats Website.
I'll keep you posted on their arrival.
In the meantime, if your looking for a pair of good umpire or coaching shoes, you may want to try these, now available,
M250L. Good enough for the Major League umpires to wear!
Wide feet and you need cleats? Well, New Balance finally designed cleats for wide feet. Now available in New Balance concept stores.

So we've been looking at all the different stuff rolled into our cleats category and guess what? We've outgrown ourselves and need to expand. Oh and if you read Micheles' post earlier today then you already know that we have Baseball Spikes coming in either today or tomorrow.
Here's the plan... we're going to reshuffle everything we have currently in cleats into a new category to sub category structure like this:
Team Sports
» Baseball
» Coaching
» Football
» Soccer
Does this make any sense? Let us know what you think.
