According to this article, the Alfond Youth Center in Maine has been having fundraisers for a year trying to reach their goal of $1 million for an extensive facelift that will add two new lodges to Camp Tracy. The Alfond Youth Center is a favorite of the New Balance Foundation which made a matching gift to the center.

Yep, you read that title right. We're working on publishing the New Balance Tampa Low Price Policy! In fact I looked at several shoe e-tailers this evening and I couldn't find a Low Price Policy published on any of those sites. I believe that we will be the first in our space to publish such a document.

We've already told you that we're going to do a better job at communicating our pricing value and this is just another step in that direction. We feel that low pricing is important so we've decided to publish a Low Price Policy to our customers. We are committed to delivering the shoes you want at the prices you like. You'll see us blog more about this topic as the document evolves. It's not something that we are going to drag our feet on either. Look for something later this week.
