If your interested in spending a few days along the Florida Gulf Beaches you might want to consider the Florida Gulf Beaches Marathon.

There's a Half Marathon on December 13th.

On January 23rd there will be a Marathon, Relay and 10K. I've competed in the Marathon Relay in the past and can attest to the scenic course... Regarding the relay I'd advise putting your best runner either on the first leg or the 6 mile leg. The other legs are all 5 miles. The first leg has 2 bridges within the first 2 miles of the 1st leg that will need to be crossed, the second of which is fairly tall.

The Marathon is also Boston Marathon Qualifier.

Alrighty, I'm guessing that this has happened to many of you.

Since adulthood I've always worn a 10.5 D; always without exception. Even across other shoe brands I could count on 10.5 D as my size. Sounds normal right? Errrrr, nope. In the last year my foot has grown a full size and a half. Now I'm 11D to 12D depending on the brand. Initially my thoughts were that this was out of the ordinary. Considering that I'm 38 I'm pretty sure that my body has completed it's growth stage.

Apparently this is completely normal. What do you think?
